Rush wants the country to SURVIVE

Speaking at the CPAC Convention, the illustrious Rush Limbaugh invoked a plea that I think every American feels right now - we just want to survive. Many want change and good change is good, but change just for change sake is just the call of self interested politicians. Rush makes no apologies for wishing Obama failure if the liberally anointed one's articulated plan is just to subvert the nation from its successful capitalist roots and throw us into the bonds of socialism.

I don't care much for Rush either, but I do not think I'm above applauding some wisdom wherever it might be found, whether it's Bill Clinton or Rush Limbaugh, Bill Maher or Ben Stein, Jackie Mason or John Stewart, though the parties might be mortal enemies.

(Curious, you say "their" spokesman and then "our cause" - in which camp, if any do you find yourself? You're not a spoiler and troll, are you?)

The "our cause" thing was some satire about the "International Jewish conspiracy" that the voices have told dangolingo is destroying America

They would be better off choosing Oliver Hardy as their spokesman wouldnt they ? At least he is funny.

Agreed, Rush rarely masters any humor or even satire and plays to a baser crowd. But I wouldn't underestimate his intellectual stature - he'd rip either of us apart on certain subjects.
