@ooxcfhxoo Thanks for answering my question without being a smartass.I actually figured out who it was on my own by searching for the song.I'd heard of Gary on a VH1 special once.It sucks that he did the sick things that he did not only for the kids he traumitized, but for us sports fans too because now no team can play this once commonly heard song.

@fearthehawksndcavs24 Yes, a lot of teams did. I know the Pens had a siren very similar to this, and used it until the early 2000s. I can't remember what year they actually switched to their current horn.
