Melissa Leo's bleeped-out F-bomb during her acceptance of the Best Supporting Actress Oscar -- the first in Oscars history, the Academy confirmed to Variety -- nearly made up for the rambling nature of the rest of her speech. "I'm just shaking in my boots here," Leo said when she received her trophy. "I am kind of speechless. When I watched Kate [Winslet] two years ago it looked so much [expletive] easier." Backstage, Leo apologized for her language, saying: "I really don't mean to offend, and it's probably a very inappropriate place to use that particular word."

  • Saying f**k might be cute if you're a hot young starlet, but when this annoying granny says it, and pathetically pretends that it was inadvertent, it's just gross. If you're going to be old and lame at least have some class.

  • So she said the f word. Who gives a flying fuck? It was funny! And so what if an eight year old hears it? Nothing they haven't heard before by that age. Contrary to popular belief, saying or hearing the word 'fuck' will not cause moral corruption. Puh-leaz.

  • swanson6666, Melissa does not have a husband. Like Sandra Bullock, Melissa is available. Give her a call. You seem to be obsessed with her!

  • She looks up and notices the people sitting in the upper seats for the first time.

After she had been sitting in the audience for like 2 days. Now her husband

wonders if she fakes it. Ooooooops.

  • it seems as though something strange happens every year, and people talk about it for about a week, and then the oscars go undiscussed for another year. it doesn't seem like something she would do, and i'm starting to think that they are doing it for the publicity. it's not an uncommon way to get viewers...

  • BAN CENSORSHIP !!!!! Freedom of speech and expression in America !! Just like Japan and Europe !!!

  • I'm pretty sure that this video will reach more than 5000 view in this week. Remember that =))

  • @my450X most 8 years old already figure that out....let's explain it to the 4 y/o

  • @my450X
