The black with tuxedo white one looks just like my Portie. We found him in a shelter when he was 9 months old and they had labeled him a Cockapoo. He looks like a pure Portie only he's slightly smaller. He was so underweight when we got him. He weighed only 19lbs when the shelter got him. When we got him he was 22lbs. He should have been at least 35-40. The vet said that lack of nutrition when he was a pup stunted his growth.

I have a portagese water dog to and when we pick her out as a puppy she would come up first sniff us then nip my feet( I was wearing sandals) we then found out she was the most doment female in the litter and she is so awdorble for a 6 year old dog
