Who invented the airplane was the Brazilian Santos Dumont, only the suckers were patriotic Americans believe that the 3 cock sucker, Santos Dumont flying first in 23 Oct 1906 in Paris before many people in a contest, the brothers did it in front of anyone, is no scientific record, only suckers believe.Viva o Brassssssssil

Interesting video but the part about the Coast Guard "swimmer program" starting 1983 is not exactly true. At least one Air Station (San Fran) began a program called "SARWET" in the middle 70s. While it was started on an informal basis with a group of volunteers, and was not as sophisticated as the later Swimmer program, the SARWET program did involve crewman getting in the water.
