Summer Backpack Program Story - WLIO-TV

News package I did as an intern in the news department at WLIO-TV in Lima, Ohio. Originally aired June 25, 2009. I tried to talk to some of the kids enrolled in the Food Bank's summer program, but the coordinator of the program was unable to find any parents willing to let their child appear on TV. In fact, I don't even appear on camera, I only do the voice-over. So...the story could probably have been better. But I figured I should post this for posterity, and to mark my first attempt at being a reporter.
