Its interesting to see the number of people working on every level decreasing by one because of the loss from the previews level. Actually 1 person on level 2 is pure loss, and 1 on level 1, also one person on level 1 supply the loss person on level 2.
Bucket and a rope replace around 10 persons, its probably to expensive.
