And not only does he say he "believes," but immediately after where this particular video is cut off, he explains it even better by saying, "We BELIEVE we can win multiple championships, IF we take care of business and do it the right way." Take away the word "multiple" and you've got basically the exact same speech every player has ever said when joining a new team. That's NOT a "promise"
