Chasing an Australian Supercell Thunderstorm - Harrisville QLD Australia Oct 21 2008

Trying to keep up with this developing HP beast was quite difficult as it was moving along at quite a speed.

A huge meso developed and also what even briefly looked like a funnel cloud became visible at one stage not to mention the many CG's it was producing!

This storm contained winds over 90km/h, golf ball sized hail, blowing dust and flash flooding afterwards. It also uprooted some very big trees and left thousands of people without power.
