I love so so much musical is like is one of my favorite thing in the world but this episode was pretty awkward for my because I didn't expect they to start singing was so awkward O.o but except for this awkward moment for me the episode was really good and I didn't know some of them was on broadway. I like this episode because was unexpected to me and cool! BTW sorry for my english I still learn it :D

So many comments about how the singing was inappropriate but it was stated that how the brain works after a trauma is very different and since it was seen from the patient's eyes, they were just trying to imagine what a patient might be experiencing during a trauma....which for all the patient knows, is actually happening. Her hearing her colleague's and such singing to her, etc..perhaps for some, is the way they cope with the trauma. I think it was inventive, not just a 'Glee' knock off.

No offence meant but this episode kinda made me gag. Im not a huge fan of glee, so I really wasnt into the singing thing they had going on. I mean, Grey's Anatomy is supposed to be hard core, and not some silly musical.

i am a Grey's Anatomy fan from the start and i have seed all the shows from the start but this is the worst episode to this day. There have bin episodes that where not quite good yet ok, but this one takes the cake. i hope they dont continue in this direction in the future.
