@tomurmie You probably missed the joke, but it was not particularly making fun of "princess" Di, but more poking at how much conservative Americans tended to not like her for some reason. Probably just because they got sick of seeing her on the news, not really a problem any more tho, lol.

anyoe who hates on Dana Carvey for this is dumb. I saw hate comments saying he was dumb or whatever but if you are an actor and you are given lines, you say them. the real Dana Carvey would never really disrespect a women like that. besides, he was just playing his "Church Lady" roll.
