Answer: reality.. had enough experience to say so. Of course it's as well one of those abilities one can't really put in a video or something, and even if I did find out about other people in a demonstration there's always someone that can say it's all made up, so ..yes, it exists of course, and if you want to know more about it just try it out. However I strongly suggest considering using one only sense over all the others, be it astral sight or another. Whatever works for you best.

@lennyss Anyone can say something doesn't exist. It's easier than proving it does.

For example. If you say you're a guy named Lenny age 20, I can say. No you're not. You can say well i can make a recorded video of myself and put it on youtube as "evidence".

I can look at that and say Nah, you just got someone and had them make a video.

You could even fly down to my location and introduce yourself.

I could still say, nah, you just got the same guy to come down and pretend to be you.

@lennyss And like so many other mysterious happenings in life i suppose you look for evidence, dont find it then pretend it doenst exist. The tooth fairy, santa claus and the tooth fairy are stories for children and those with childlike minds. But really to those people those entities do exist. You also prefer ideas which exist in other peoples minds - global warming scam and many others. You are a follower of other men and not a master of your own mind and existance.

RV is a helpful tool. Fun isn't it? Unless you let another lead you somewhere unsafe. That's not fun.

Still, this can be used for great healing purposes.
