Carlos originally came into the shelter in July of 2009 after he was abandoned by his owner. He was adopted out in February but unfortunately was brought back to the shelter by his adoptive owner because he had difficulty settling in. He is a great, personable cat who loves spending time with his human companions, but can be a little shy upon first meeting someone new.

Once he gets his confidence back, Carlos loves to interact with his friends! He doesn't mind being picked up and held and in time is likely to be a great lap cat for his human! He enjoys brushing and even at 8 years old, loves to play with all kinds of toys!

Carlos is looking for a family that will be patient and allow him the time he needs to feel comfortable and let his loving nature come out.
