Well, audio and animation needs quite some polishing yet. To make things look smoother I think you could add 1 frame morph image between the pure frames. Ofcourse, it would require speeding up the animation by a half I suppose.

It looks great so far! I'd say the audio does need a bit of editing, but otherwise everything looks fantastic. Keep up the great work!

Great job w/ the lip syncing :D
Maybe u can use an audio software and cut out specific frequencies to remove some of the noise.. but it doesn't sound too bad. Once u add the ambiance sounds or background music it'll probably cover up the noise.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing more animations from you :D

Turning out GREAT!! 8D
To prevent it from being cut off at the end, try giving the clip an extra 2 sec or so at the end of nothing because Youtube likes to either cut the audio or extend it a bit... it's random..
Otherwise this is so EXCITING!! 8D (it was a surprise to see no mouth flaps but actual movement! Nice touch :) )
