Allan mistakenly says in the beginning that Tom Grant was fired by Courtney Love, but later in the interview Tom corrects him and lets him know that she kept him on the payroll for quite some time after Kurt's death.

April 8th,primetime news:it'd be sent to the lab "nex week" & toxicology results were "due in 3 weeks".That means April 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th...The article is published on Thursday, which means they were "told" April 13th.So 3 days if blood was sent on Monday.

In preliminary tests you know which substances are found in the blood sample (its quick).

To know amounts of such substances is more complicated and takes days w/out backlog (a long process).

Police said 3 weeks,why lie?

@floppingnoni no one is saying anyone lied, at least about that. It could have been reported wrong (wouldn't be the first time). It was also just an estimate anyway. Like I said, the SPD could have said the leaked report was wrong (and not be in violation of any confidentiality laws).

Kirt was definitely killed,

the guy had 3 lethal doses of heroin in his system before the gun shot,

3 does of that kind of heroin could kill you instantly or paralyze you.

theres no way in hell he could of stuck the shit in his arm, put it back,

stuck the shot gun to his head, and killed himself. someone had to of done it

i'm not trying to accomplish anything. i just want people to know the truth, which is kurt didn't shoot himself. it would be great, though, in the interest of the parents of all those kids that committed copycat suicide because they thought kurt killed himself, if the case was reopened. i will never understand why the case wasn't turned over to homicide in the first place after the autopsy report came back and it was clear that he couldn't have shot himself. thanks for reading the essay!

he might have taken some rohypnol and when he passed out cali and courtney force fed him the rest of the 60 pills and a bottle of champagne and then left him on the floor to die. she said she "found" kurt around 4am unconscious on the floor, but then waited until 6:30 b4 she called a fucking ambulance!?! why would she do that? he also had 1000 dollars in his hand and a letter saying he's gonna leave her and that he wants a divorce. so why would he commit suicide? it doesn't make sense.
