it's understandable that you couldn't help him, and I'm sure there's no such thing like the SPCA in a country like that, but I'm glad you at least gave him a good meal. It really upsets me to see stray dogs on the street, I picture how my dog would look if she were in their condition... You're a good man M13.

Sigh.....animal shelters take dogs in for a week or so and then kill them. How would that be helping him?
