Remember when people had to find a pay phone to make a call -- even in the pouring rain? How things have changed, and many of them not for the better.

Everyone has excellent timing and I don't just mean the actors- I mean the characters have better timing than the trains in Japan... Blake just happens to get to the clinic when Fallon comes out, Alex just happens to be there to hear Blake talking to Joseph, then to answer the phone when Krystal calls, etc.
