  • the techniques were nice but the uke's didnt put any pressure on the Tori. I know you'll say it's for demonstration...but that's an excuse.... ju Jitsu proves itself against full on attacks not holding back. The sword attacks were lame as hell!

  • @mrdubcrazy I understand your point, but having a seventh degree black belt go all out as you suggest against a third degree belt with a sword is not necessarily the best approach. It might take some explaining to do to the police. Joking aside, wether you think the attack was lame or not is irrelevant. Most jujutsu do not even teach defenses against weapons, much less swords. We have a much higher chance of success against them than most other jujutsu.

  • Very nice; definitely one of the finer examples of modern Jujutsu here on YouTube.

  • Thank you.

  • Excellent demonstration, well done. Which dojo is this?

  • @giovdb No ur right, good Ju Jitsu, i was harsh. It's really similar to what we do, except we have alot more throws and weakeners emphasis. U get failed for not attacking properly especially Dan's and Browns etc... good stuff though. Some styles that call themselves Ju Jitsu aren't even Ju Jitsu & are just taekwondo and Judo mixed together. This is true JuJitsu All about moving going from one technique to another. Good one. I respect it after looking again. My bad.

  • i love this video wow incredible i would in fact love to learn this style

  • Very well done. Great video , as well as the demonstration itself.

  • Excellent test. Unfortunately many dojos do not hold Sandan standards to this level. Congratulations to your Sandan for a great demonstration.

The video presentation was also terrific. It made for great entertainment. NIce job.
