Actually I'd say it's not the Democrats or Republicans responsible. It's really all of the above. Bob is right on some things, but what about Bush with the war in Iraq. I mean war isn't cheap after all and McCain was a piece of shit. He wouldn't have done any better than Obama. It probably went down hill when the Federal Reserve emerged in 1913, the same year the income tax was around. Both parties are responsible. The government itself is the problem, not individual parties.
