Hey man.... you need to start doing some of the routine maintenance stuff on your bike yourself. Simple things like chain adjustments, chain cleaning and lubing, oil changes, brake pads, etc are really easy to do yourself. If your chain keeps getting loose, you might not be lubing it enough or maybe you're lubing it wrong. Even if you live in an apartment, you can still do this sorta stuff in the parking lot on your bike. You'll save like $100 a month by doing this stuff yourself.

you realy cant change a chain or tighten it yourself , im 16 and can do it on my bike ,,look on you tube there will be a tutorial or something ,its not hard and youl save some money

stop being a soft cock, it took me just 10 mins to replace my chain with just a few simple tool's hammer, chisel, spanner etc plus i shortened it myself too....
