Cold ass day in the gym. Empty too since everyone is resting up for Christmas Carnage on Saturday. Decided to do some deadlift singles. Figured I'd video it so I could see my form. Glad I did as it's pretty awful. Slow, and I drift forward after the initial liftoff. Had to really swing my whole upper body back to prevent myself from falling forward.
In case you're wondering why it's 415, the collars are 5 pounds each.
Used a double overhand hook grip. Still just getting used to the hook grip.
A note for those who bother to watch this video. I broke my left thumb during this lift.
