A lot of major cities have China Town's, I thought that was common knowledge.
But anyway, this candy is from Japan, not China, so that's hardly of relevance. I'm fortunate that my local comic book store has lots of Japanese candy, including this.

@AnimeLun4tic Mitsuwa Marketplace its very close to NYC. It is right on the water :) Its a Japanese Supermarket!!! Hi-chews are .89 cents a pack..I was there yesterday!
