@RebelForce8 Except nVidia doesn't produce games, just hardware. It's up to developers to use or not use PhysX, and up to the gamers to decide to turn it on/off or play games that use/don't use it.

nvidia is currently behind with DX11 but they probably got some aces in their sleeves too...
for physix as long as physics is BUILD in GPU - and not required additional PCI card
