Fire and Love (Nick Vujicic)

I wrote this song after I heard Nick Vujicic's testimony. He tells about being very young and wanting to end his life because he felt like he had no hope. It wasn't too long after that when Nick gave his life to Christ and realized that his hope was solely in the Lord. Now Nick travels the world giving his testimony and preaching the gospel of Christ. Praise God!

(SIDE NOTE- I was born without my right hand...the video is flipped though which makes it look like my left, hehe. I use a duct tape pick to strum)

This song is written specifically about God's call on Nick's life. The verses are written as if God is speaking to Nick about his struggle finding a purpose when he was a boy. The lines about "the water" refer to when Nick was in the bathtub thinking of taking his life. "The Lord is good those whose hope is in him!"
