Do Yoga With Me. http://www.doyogawithme.com/. Kurma means tortoise. This Tortoise Pose is an adapted version of the full pose and is a great stretch for the lower back and groin. Move into this yoga pose slowly, making sure you don't go too deeply too quickly. It can be quite an intense stretch for the lower back and groin.
