Manhattan's real estate market has become well known to the world as one of the most prized and expensive in the world.[18] Manhattan's Chinatown incorporates one of the highest concentrations of Chinese people in the Western Hemisphere. Numerous colleges and universities are located in New York, including Columbia University, New York University and Rockefeller University, which are ranked among the top 100 in the world.
