One may find the magnificat, benedictus, and venite notated as the example in the video for each of the 8 modes in the end pages of the dominican antiphonarium, volume 4.
It is on the site musicasacra com slash dominican slash a2b pdf. One may also find the same pieces notated in 8 modes to be sung in the english in the St Dunstan's Plainsong Psalter book and in part 15 of the Sarum antiphonary on the site allmercifulsavior com. The two english sources each have own advantage.
