Here's a quick home/office workout using a "ladder" protocol for pushups and squats from http://www.fitinahurry.com
Ladder Protocol Pushups/Kettlebell Squats
- Increase by 1 rep increments with each set until you complete 10 reps of each exercise
- Set 1: 1 reps each exercise
- Set 2: 2 reps each exercise
- Set 3: 3 reps each exercise, and so forth until you complete 10 reps of each exercise
- Beginners should perform just one round (giant set)
- For more advanced fitness enthusiasts, rest 2-3 minutes, then perform one more round
