I found this song on an EP in a yard sale. It got me into the Lennon sisters. So far, I liked all of their records I've been able to find.

the "uuhh" is what makes this video so cute and adorable, if anyone knows what mambo is about, would know why these ( then) little girls were singing with the 'uhh" in between each sentence.Very cute indeed :-)

Growing up in Los Angeles the Lawrence Welk Show in the 1950's was part of the lives of most people. I remember the show and am saddened that the PBS network running the shows now does not often run any of the older black and white shows of the earlier eras. These are now historic. So many of these people are gone now. Great Memories! Thanks for posting these older episodes.
