Chapter 124: Bratty

After soundcheck, my brothers promised they would be a little less hovering, which I appreciated. They each hugged me and kissed my forehead.

The performance that night was my best ever. Every time I glanced to the side of the stage, I saw David watching me with a smile on his face. He loved See You Again, because I had told him he had inspired it.

That night, I slept well. So well in fact, that I made pancakes the next morning. I was in a good mood, but it deteriorated for some weird reason. By lunch time, I was acting like a down right spoiled brat.

"Nicole, can you hand me that pen please?" Joey asked me. The two of us were on the bus, while Nick and Kevin were on the band's bus.

"Get it yourself," I said.

"Come again?" he asked, looking up at me.

"Get it yourself. What are you deaf?"

"What is up with you?" he asked me.

I rolled my eyes. "Nothing. Now leave me alone."

"Nicole..." he said in a warning tone.

"Joseph."

"Nicole Jeanette," he said, slightly annoyed.

"Joseph Adam," I said in the same tone.

"Nicki stop it now, and fix the attitude," he told me.

"Have you ever thought I like my mood this way?" I rolled my eyes again, and that was the last straw.

"Hairbrush now," he told me.

I didn't move. He got up, and went into the bunks. He didn't come back with my hairbrush, he came back with one of his belts. My eyes widened.

"Backroom now, or I'll use this on your bare bottom. You have an attitude that you know does not work in this family," he said sternly.

I stood quickly, and walked over to him. He gave me a quick swat with the belt, it wasn't hard just a light reminder to get moving. I hurried on, and grabbed my hairbrush. I waited on the edge of the bed, my hairbrush in my hands. Joe came in and sat down next to me.

I laid myself over his lap, and he pulled down my jeans and panties. He began to apply the hairbrush hard and fast to my bare bottom. I buried my face into my folded arms. I can't believe I disrespected him so much.

Tears filled my eyes after only three minutes, but he spanked me with it for at least ten. I was sobbing over his knee. My bottom felt like it was on fire, and it hurt bad. When he finished, he began to rub my back soothingly.

He didn't let me up, and I just stayed over his knee with my bottom bare and burning. I gasped when I felt the cool liquid of lotion on my bottom. He rubbed it in as softly as he could.

"Is this better?" he asked me softly, putting some more on.

"Yes. I'm sorry Joey," I told him in a small voice.

"I know you are sweetie, but you were beyond disrespectful in there. Kevin would have given you his belt without a doubt," Joe said, pulling up my panties and laying me down on the bed.

I know," I whimpered. He kissed my forhead.

"Get some sleep," he whispered. He turned to leave, but I grabbed his hand.

"Please stay, and text Nick not to co-" I was cut off by the door opening. Nick was there. He came in, kissed my forehead, and told me he loved me. He knew I wanted Joey, so he left with a small smile. I hope I didn't make him feel bad. I felt his emotions, and he was happy.

Joey laid down beside me and pulled me close. I laid my head on his chest, and he kissed my head. He began to hum When You Look Me In the Eyes. I fell asleep during the second verse.
