NatCo 98th Serbia Teaser

98th NatCo will be held from 30th November till 4th December 2011 in Hotel Junior in Brzeće, small village wich is around 270km away from the capital Belgrade.

98th National Conference in Serbia will be Leadership development conference. Main goal of this part of agenda is to develop leadership potential of our delegates through challenging their world view, emphasizing the way how they can make impact in society and through various personal and leadership development sessions.
Delegates profile


The conference is planned for more than 300 delegates *(AIESEC members) and those delegates will have chance to attend on three different tracks:

• EBT (Executive Board Track) members -- teams which lead Local Committees of AIESEC in Serbia
• TLT (Team Leader Track) -- members who lead projects and fuctional teams in AIESEC Serbia
• TMT (Team Member Track) -- all AIESEC members who decide to take responsibility in AIESEC
