Many times couples have sex as a one sided experience. They don't think about what their partner is feeling, but only their own satisfaction. The lovemaking is over in minutes, leaving someone, usually the woman frustrated and unsatisfied.
In order to have a true, healthy sexual experience, couples need to use techniques to stimulate each other. They need to be sensitive and patient, relishing their time together. The closeness and intimacy will be is enough to excite both of them.
Enjoy experimenting with different approaches and techniques, letting your partner know what works for you. Relax and trust each other, being open to new ideas and ways of making love.
Try finding new techniques in books or magazines. There are shelves filled with books on sexual enjoyment. Bring one home and read it with your partner, deciding on a new technique to try. Sometimes it is easier to choose something new from a book, rather than suggest the idea yourself.
Most of all, communicate with one another. Technique is all about what feels good for your partner. Be proactive in your sexual awareness and discover a relationship filled with love, joy, and sexual satisfaction.
