  • It actually hits 85 mph in about 6 seconds, I just got on the throttle pretty hard in this video, and used 1st and 2nd gear for the sake of fun.

If I launch it in high gear, there's very little spin, and I can use full throttle, so it's the best method.

With slicks, it's probably a mid to high 10 second car, and I could swap out the street gears for further performance, and launch in 1st gear at 5500 rpm. But it's not a drag car, it's a handling/street performance car.

  • damn. 0-60 in about 5.4 seconds. i know wheels spun, they seem to have caught at 55mph. what else is done to the car? my dad owns a '77 cobra. he has a 351w with alot of work done to it. when we put it back together after replaceing the floorpans, ill have videos. but i myself am also buying a '77 cobra. i just found one from arizona for only $3,500! its in excellent condition. the guy just wants to get rid on it. once i get that, ill make videos of it.

  • Yeah, it starts to hook up better after 60.

  • that was a shit load of spinning it looks like.
