Dr. Mallika's brother Aditya Trehan calls Nidhi and informs her that she has to arrange cash in a short span of time as he is getting pressurized from the bank later, Dr. Mallika forces his brother Aditya to again pressurize Nidhi and indirectly plays a game with Nidhi. There in the Hospital, Nidhi decides to keep her house on mortgage. What will be Nidhi's decision? Will she sell her precious house which she has gifted to Ashutosh?
