Love at first listen for Desmond Dekker.First time I heard this though,I thought the chorus was "sodomy" instead of "soldering".

Defintely not the Maytals but they did back him on others. Search for Dekker Jeserine and King of Ska (sounds like just Toots and a woman)
I think it is late enough for it to be the Aces, but I can't say for sure it is.
That is Leslie Kong at 1:10

@UltimateSkaFan He's a Jamaican of Chinese descent. Jamaica has the largest Chinese pop in the Carib. And an even larger Afro/Chinese pop. Naomi Campbel who's fathers last name is Ming. Tyson Beckford, Micheal Lee Chin, Stacey Anne Chin etc. The list is endless just google Chinese/Jamaicans.

Byron Lee? (Dragonaires) He was a pioneer in Ska as I grew up in Jamaica. I could be wrong...
