hi my boyfriend and i are recently renting this cute little town house and we would love it if you could maybe give us (me) some tips... well we love this little town house but we dont have a clue as too how to decorate the livingroom because as soon as you walk in the door its very open and dont know what to do about it.. if you could possible mail me some tips that would be awsome.... thanks nicole&jay

kewl i admire her passion and character. I have wanted to be an interior decorater for the longest time. but then interior design aswell. but then stuff like psych or soci. or sci. or teaching. IDK ;)

Lots of energy. She seems to be well educated and offers many good suggestions. Nice mixture of textures and patterns. Something that is often lacking in rooms. Very important. The rooms were tastefully done. The question is for how much? I consider myself a budget decorator as the fact is most do not actually have a budget for decorating. I wont hesitate buying used as I feel that a home can be beautifully decorated without breaking the bank.
