  • you are not doing a press but a push press. clean hold to lose momentum then press.

  • Hes going waaaaaaaay to fast to earn any strength / endurance from this.

  • @isaacooo123 how is it the worst excercise? done even decently well it works pretty much the entire upper body and if your more into the power lifting or even body building, its perfect for getting cardio in without killing your legs on the treadmill. Now to the actual video. try losing your momentum at the top of the clean and then pressing.

  • would hate to chip that floor.

  • HUGE FAIL! Learn proper technique with just a stick then a bar, once this is mastered then add some Kilo bumpers.

  • ....you can't clean, a clean is supposed to have the bar resting on your shoulders, these are two different exercises, and you should pause after a clean before doing a push press. I'm an Olympic weightlifter at my college, and all I have to say to you is, stretch, and practice the movements before putting more weight, get the technique right first, you'll save yourself injuries

  • You should be doing more for your size, as far as the cleaning part goes.

  • Hang clean is over all the worst excercise dammit kid your going to get injured stop it for your own sake :)

  • its is a hng clean nad press you knob 

  • nice power for your age but i implore you to fix your form. if you continue this as you progress with weight you are bound to do some damage to your knees or wrists.
