You're pretty good on the keyboard.

@FUHGI No, these were done for Kontakt and we also have a Reason version of Ocean Way Drums SE. However, we may possibly be doing an Ocean Way Drums Xpansion Tank library for SampleTank at some point so stay tuned with esoundz and IK for that.

@Friknsteve Not sure. It's a shame we did this quick just with the camera audio. But it has 23k+ views so no one wants to take it down here. Haha. I think it was probably kit 10 which ironically is the one we've often given away for free. It's one of my personal faves.

@caviano Haha. Thanks. Worth practicing for both musical and other reasons. ;)

which kit is this???
I listened to the Ocean Way Drums on their website. Most impressive sampled drums I have ever heard! If I could afford it I would buy immediately.

@intermediate007 All 45 mix kits from the DL are now in the Ocean Way Drums SE version which is exclusively on esoundz (dot) com. It's only $149. right now. Same quality as the Gold just without discrete mic mixing per kit piece. But it actually has very advanced round robin alternating hits and other cool features that weren't in the original DL Edition.

You're amazingly gifted and skilled. I use a padKONTROL and think there are advantages to both pad and key drumming. Pads give you the "hit" feel, keys give you closer finger proximity, which can be a good thing. I really am blown away by your skills man, considering that those also are weighted keys you're playing on. Remarkable speed.

@cheeztrap Thanks Cheez. I find that keys on a keyboard (especially weighted) give you the best dynamic response of any midi controller (even finger pads and e-drum kit pads). Plus yes you have the proximity of a LOT of different triggers. Where drum pads are great is, well if you're a drummer they're great period, but for drum rolls. However we sample snare rolls which sound great because they ARE the real thing. All trade offs. But fun either way. Anyway thanks. This was actually a bit sloppy.
