I think you're the fastest at 360s than anyone I've seen. Plus, the connections from both the right and left hand are great and going to help you become a better juggler with higher numbers. But of course my favorite part is the dance at the end.

Bullcrap. When you learn to juggle you learn to learn. He will be able to learn whatever he wants better and faster than other people. I've been juggling since I was ten (well, hardly anymore the recent years, but whatever :-), and I earn good money as a software developer. The first helped me a lot with the latter. Probably you have no idea what I'm talking about, but I'm quite a jolly middle-aged man (40) and I must say, learning to juggle was one of the best ideas I ever had in my whole life.

How many balls, rings and clubs have you flashed?

I notice you throw from your right hand first and spin anti clockwise, is this a method you learned from somewhere, or is it just what feels comfortable to you?

I did not have a trainer when I learned to do 360s. So I had to teach my self to spin. Spinning left just feels more comfortable for me. At some points it would have been better for me to spin right.

how do u prevent getting dizzy? and any tips on doing 360+ spins

If you keep an eye on the objects through the 360, you won't get as dizzy. I do get dizzy after 1080s, but not enough to not keep juggling.
