Cover of Brandi Carlile's "Love Songs"

This is a song that Brandi has been singing off and on during her tour, at least that's what I've been seeing based on other peoples videos.

The ones that I really like are the ones that have her singing on the cruise ships she's been on recently. And usually she seems to sing a cover of "Bohemian Rhapsody" before singing this song, so that's cool.

Anyway, here I am singing in a different key, lower range cuz I can't sing that high, and I've managed to get through the whole song minus a few goofs here and there. Overall, I think I did okay, just hope everyone else likes it, or not, whatever!

Not bad at all bjiggy...nice cadence to your voice and you get extra credit for playing guitar at the same time. It's all about knowing our strengths as performers..and if we can't belt like Brandi ( and who can?! ) then the least we can do is make it our own an give meaning to the words as we attempt our version of it. I heard you genuinely trying to embrace Brandi's song in a respectful and admirable way and that is worth listening to....keep loving the good music bjiggy!
