Wisdom, Justice and Love is all he wanted for the world so we could simply live in peace. His speech was supposed to make a difference in the world. It was supposed to make the world a better place and rid it of prejudice, hate and hurt. His voice is warped like this in the video because the world has gotten worse than it was before. Theres nothing now but more hate, murder, lies and filth. The world had become just plain evil and it seems as if his speech dosent matter to anyone...
