  • I dont understand how the video is so bad but the music sounds perfect? (besides being badly mixed)

  • @chickenluva1 If you read the video's description you would.

  • @SaculNoshploda Honestly I think it would be dope if they had someone like Jeremy Ward in the band again, manipulating Cedric's vocal effects live. They could add octave, harmonies, delay, and all the various effects used on his voice in the studio. Similar to Timmy Taylor from Brainiac who Cedric cites as an influence left and right.

  • Damn, they sound pretty good on this one.

  • @Seven2eleven590 If they had Ximena Sarinana do back up vox they would sound so f***ing good. Cedric honestly needs backup live. In my opinion he's one of the best studio vocalists with hauntingly perfect effects and melodies, but live it is somewhat lacking.

  • I think he could sing an octave lower on the chorus haha... just would sound more ease with the other instruments but regardless... epic.

  • Best Mars Volta Line Up

  • Oh Juan...

  • that second chorus was spot on! first chorus u could see chuckling to himself and cedric :)

  • @Petey0707 I'm glad you forgive him, it's your choice and I respect that. And, of course, I'm taking all those factors into account... But, despite that, I still think he could do much better live all in all, even dancing and jumping and stuff. He's a musician, music is his life but also his "job"; I think I'm not being mean if I expect him to be a little more "professional".

I mean... there are lots of singers touring wildly and not losing their voice or the tone. He can do that, too.
