NIINA - Swan LK 243 by Catriona McKay

I have been listening to my iPod for the past 2 weeks in order to play this beautiful piece by Catriona. I don't really have the skill to play it well yet, and I know not all the notes are correct, but I was desperate to have a go.

Yes, I'd love to know what kind of harp that is too, and what a beautiful tune that is! I would love to learn Catriona's "Forrest Baby" tune, or find the sheet music to it....but great harp playing!

@gloworm7 Hello. Thank you for your comment. When I met Catriona in 2009 for a group lesson, I decided that I was going to get a harp from the same place as her. This is a Starfish Designs 'Mamore'.

I'm not sure how much if any of Catriona's music from Starfish is available.

@pandie95615 Hi, As far as I know, there isn't a score available yet for the Swan. I listened to it on my iPod for a few weeks, which is why I'm sure all the notes aren't correct.

continued from last comment ...Take private Alexander sessions with your harp it will help you! it did me. Thank you for your wonderful playing. I battle my girls ALL the time, 15 now too, to SIT UP STRAIGHT.ooh so hard.. We all,in our home, tend to be slouchy slumps.
