@ILOVMERMAIDS al you do is practice without the fin first imagine your body cutting throught the water in a wave method you need to have good core muscles. whne you do use the monofin it makes it easier I can swin like a merman with out the fim but faster with my monofin. I am in the process of making mine.. hope thais helps you. will make a vidoe to demonstrate the movements soon for beginners. JITU
