I remember hating her as a little kid, but then you hit a certain age and you realize she's an actor and her performance is genius...then you start rooting for her and begin to hate the Ingall's kids. LOL

Alison Arngrim's Nellie was the most intelligent and interesting character in the show. Being stuck in the Dakota Territories in the 1880's would have been worse than Hell for someone of Nellie Oleson's temperament. When the most exciting thing that visits your town is Cholera, it is not much of a lifestyle.

Alison just finished touring the Villages of France, again! She is stellar. Everyone absolutely loved the show. In French, it is "Confessions d'une Garce dans la Prairie." People came from all around the country and stuffed the houses.
