@swbf2fan2510 It's the Giga Fortress in it's flying head form. Costs $6300, it built from the Docks, and needs both Docks upgrades and the Nanotech Mainframe.

If you don't see it even after that, then you're probably playing the vanilla RA3, and not Uprising.
