Equalizers - What They Do - HowAudio.com master instructor Jeff Dykhouse, brings us this video tutorial on the basics of audio EQ (equalization).
This tutorial is available in it's entirety at www.HowAudio.com as well as they complimentary title on Compression.
It`s pink noise, not white noise, thats why its hotter on the lower end. Trying using white noise next time :)

Pink noise IS HOTTER towards the low frequency that's why it's "Pink" noise and not "White" noise. Which is the same at all Frequencies. It's not a flaw in Wave's software
