Due to a lot of request, I will be including Miss International in the ranking once again.

STEP 1:
REGISTER TO BE A JUDGE by emailing whosthequeenofqueens@live.com. Last day of registration is November 30 West Coast Time (Vancouver, Los Angeles, Seattle Time). After you email, we will send you an email to confirm that you've been confirmed as a judge.

or send me a message here on youtube until December 6.

STEP 2:
Shortly after Miss Earth, an email will be sent to all the participating judges with the further steps that need to be taken and how to vote.
