if they bump a pedestrian in china on a crossing, would it be the pedestrians fault or the drivers? i know in England its the drivers fault but is that different in China?

I went to China last year, to Lanzhou. And I was like: "WTF is going on?!?!"

Everytime I cross the major intersection, it feels like playing with russian roulette.

Looks like Google translate doesn't work so good. What I meant to say in the last few posts is that we were enjoying the city of Lanzhou, really liked the people, and were having a great time.
