I lived in Scotland and I love bagpipes.

Very good video. The mall is supposed to be closed for weeks or even months depending on the damage. There are bridges out and streets that have buckled too. It's not over yet, but the water is receding and it is getting better.

Don't listen to the nah sayers, bag pipes were a good choice!!! I think those who say the pipes were a bad choice are not from this area, and don't really know how much the Celtic heritage is around here. very good vid! bags rule!
